I forgot the name of this movie!

I remember a few scenes from this "civil war/mafia" movie. I"ll mention them. They're also not in the right order, I'm just mentioning the scenes I remember.

1. At a graveyard, a woman in black clothes with guns starts shooting at the main character.

2. The main character and his gang are being watched by a sniper who's wearing a 3-hole balaclava. This sniper later shoots the main character's girlfriend. This happened when they were walking to a car which was parked along the street.

3. Some guy with an ushanka (Russian fur cap) is waiting at a kiosk and later grabs a grenade launcher and starts firing it.

4. The main character is on a boat with an old friend. Then suddenly, some marine-like persons on a patrol boat start shooting at them with AK's.

I think that the movie came out between 1980 and 2000.

Tell me if you know the name of this movie.

Does nobody know the title? Kinda weird.

It is kinda weird. I mean you've described some generic, clichéd action sequences that could be in about six hundred movies and TV shows from the 1980s onward, and yet none of us have magically unscrambled the puzzle.

On second thought, I'm gonna change my adverb from "kinda" to very: it is very weird.

Yes, it's very weird indeed. I'm just not able to find it back somewhere and I don't have more information about it.

I brought an old thread back. It seems that "State of Grace" (1990) and "Ash Wednesday (2002) are kinda similar to the movie I'm looking for. But the movie I'm looking for is more war-tinted. But it also had three gangsters who form up. The movie plays in eastern Europe or Russia. Maybe someone now knows which movie I'm searching. Probably not, because it still sounds "vague", but I really want to know the title. The movie was awesome.
