In 1986 Michael Paré starred in a movie called Instant Justice (Marine Issue). Could someone tell me if the dvd is or has been released as i cannot find a copy anywhere. Or can some one tell me has the distribution rights to this movie as i contacted warner home video and they no longer have the rights to the movie.

If you sign up at Netflix for their free trial you should be able to watch it online for free. I only see it in VHS format it doesn't appear to have a DVD release yet. However if one were to say, download such a movie one could then say, burn it onto a DVD. Not that I would condone such behavior.
