I'm trying to find out the name of a movie a saw a small piece of when I was a child. The only thing I can remember about it was this guy was camping or something by himself and someone comes up on his camp and they fight and he gets a knife through both cheeks. I want to say the actor was Kevin Costner but I'm not certain. It also seems like he was in a court room later but I can't really remember. Any help is greatly appreciated.
