help me find a clip!

I am looking for a movie clip to illustrate a point...maybe a sports or arts movie, where there is a mentor or another performer/athlete who trains/helps someone ELSE to flourish, and then watches from the sidelines/backstage. It could even be a situation where a second person takes the place of the first person, and yet the first person cheers them on.

I have already looked at Save the Last Dance, and there's a good clip there, but it's not real moving.

Please let me know if you have any ideas! ANd don't stop with just one...I'd love to have a number of these types of clips.

pretty much any sports movie follows that basic theme... but Boxing movies in particular are like that,

that being said, "Million Dollar Baby" is an excellent movie and is a real 'moving' scene near the end with Clint Eastwood and Hilary Swank
