help....i need name of movie!!

I have been trying to figure out and search the name of this awesome movie for ages..... what I remember is that it involves this guy whose going out with this girl....and he keeps having these flashbacks of driving an icy mountain road hitting some girl.....so this girl hes going out with takes him to her house which is like in the mountains and her family is kind of redneck..and they all want to take revenge on him because the girl he killed was the sister of the girl hes goin out with...which means that he was set up.....he gets stabbed in the leg and they try to hunt him.......its then that we learn that he was hallaucinating the whole time....the girl that he was going out with was the actual girl he hit on that icy road.....i remember one scene where he was in the coffee shop thinking that he was talking to this girl, while in actuallity he was talking to himself with a video camera and the waitress was looking at him like he was crazy....and when he goes up to that house....it was actually empty....and hes the one that ends up stabbing himself in the leg......and i think he ends up in a phyciatric ward.........
