That's "Can't You Hear Me Knocking?" by The Rolling Stones. It can be found on the classic Stones album Sticky Fingers.

As I said, that music is The Stones' "Can't You Hear Me Knocking?".

It's an almost seven-minute-long song. It starts as the camera pans to Pesci's face (59:51) with a guitar riff and he explains "So, once they pulled that ***** I started doing my own things in Vegas....". It continues through all of Nicky's criminal schemes and his network of accomplices, through "This stuff was all mine, I wasn't sending any of it back home...", his meeting with Charley Clark the banker, spitting in the cops' sandwiches at the restaurant, Steve Allen's cameo, getting head from the showgirl in the parking lot, lecturing the schmuck who gambled away his loan, making pancakes for his kid, finally ending with Frankie going Back Home (66:43). That's all one song, from the naked guitar to the saxaphones: "Can't You Hear Me Knocking?". It isn't on the official soundtrack CD. It is on The Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers.

Like I fu*king said.

"What is this *****, Spider? You got me on the 'pay-no-fu*king-mind' list or what?"

Yes, that's a Stones song too: "Long Long While".

It was originally released as the B-side for the UK single release of "Paint it Black", and in the U.S. it later appeared on the More Hot Rocks greatest hits album.
