Dangling doubt or Things that should not be there

A college comedy, less than twenty years old, as far as I can remember. I only recall one scene in which a girl meets with her athletics female teacher while she - the female teacher - is sitting at her office desk in a sporting suite - shorts and vest (under short? tank top? I'm from Italy, sorry) - with her/his equipment dangling out of her/his shorts.
