Trade deadline over...Carolina has gone from a cup contender in December to a likely first-round exit of the playoffs. Wow haha

Well maybe Carolina can get past New Jersey based on their recent problems...

Blues looking to make a Cup run similar to 2019 apparently

It all depends on playoff performance, but the Jets have consistently been the best team all year (and yet sportsbooks don't even have them top 5 to win it all)

Playoffs anyone?

As far as upsets...Ottawa over Toronto could happen. Maybe the Blues can get playoff Hellebuyck and win that series. Even if Minnesota recaptures their early season strength, I'm not sure they can beat VGK. And I'm surprised to see the Kings as an underdog this year to Edmonton.

I am shocked the Canadiens made the playoffs.

I can see Ottawa beating Toronto,

Here go again LA.

Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

To be honest I'm still feeling the effects of last year's Cup Final, down 0-3, win 3 games, then lose game 7 by a goal...That was tough.

All good people are asleep and dreaming.
Well The Kings won't get swept this year.

Stars were, I think, technically the first underdog to win a game so far.

Ottawa came close last night, lets see what happens in Game 3.

Hopefully that was the lone game VGK needed to focus...

Stars - Avs series just got a lot more interesting

VGK might truly be upset this first round...Minnesota is looking like the November version of themselves

Maybe the Blues broke Hellebuyck, setting up a long series? I hope haha

Not sure why so many people were sold on the Lightning this year...I was pretty confident Florida would win that series from the start

All 3 home teams down 0-2 won last night...didn't see that coming

Crushing losses for both Montreal and LA...

Blues tie the series, and Hellebuyck is pulled again!

Now a crushing loss for TB after leading 2-1 with 5 minutes left...that series appears to be over now

Blackwood with his worst showing of the playoffs so far against Dallas...so many picked Colorado to win it all and that prediction is on the ropes

What a night...

Ottawa shuts out Toronto to extend the series and make Leafs fans nervous
Devils blow a 3-0 lead and lose the series to Carolina
VGK needs a last minute challenge in the 3rd period to erase a goal and eventually win in OT
LA now down in their series 3-2 after arguably being close to sweeping the Oilers
