I can only remember two screens from that movie

I saw the movie in the early 90s, the scene I remember is a women with black hair came to visit her boyfriend at a local prison, he wanted her to get closer to him while in the cell, and then she paid his bail, after that, a scene of him swimming at night in a lack from or to a rock. That's all I can remember.

Not much to go on here. You said swimming in a "lack", I assume that should be "lake". Did you see this in a cinema or on TV? (If on TV, what country were you in?). What country was the movie from/set in (eg what language did they speak? Anything else to show us where this was happening (different countries have different styles of prison, for example)?). Was everyone dressed in "early 90s" fashions, or was this set at another time? I assume it was live action?

Helo tx for your inputs, actually it's lake sorry for mistyping, it was an English speaking cinema film presented on a movie channel on tv, definitely taking part in USA, the prison actually is more like a detention room that belongs to a local police station, unlike big central prisons. she was allowed to enter the cell, they were both silent,and then he dodged with his head asking her to get closer, she probably refused. They spent some time with little talk, I think speaking about his infraction and about her handling the bail, so he was released and went with her in the car. The ending scene if i remember well is him swimming in that lake reaching a rock I think the movie started in that same lake...Also worth mentioning it wasn't an action movie, more like a romance happening between this 30 year old man and that woman dressed in black leather or so. The detention part isn't central in the script, just emphasizing the fact that she cares for him.
