Movie Preview Voice Over Actor?

Okay, this question has been bugging me for years. Who is the man who does the voice overs for movie previews?

The only reason it is bugging me, is because it is always him. Every time a new movie commercial comes on, there is his voice again, or so it seems.

So, does anyone have an idea of who this guy is? Sorry if there is already a thread like this, I did a quick search but didn't find anything.

I know of one...his name is Jean Shepherd...he has done the V.O. for A Christmas Story . There are so many V.O. actors out there.

If you've seen the trailer for Jerry Seinfeild's Comedian then you'll know who he is b/c that whole trailer just mocks that guy. Its so funny b/c the V.O. guy just starts repeatin all the generic lines from movies he's done. I think that's my favorite trailer.

The guys name is Hal Douglas, he is known as the "In a World" man and like another poster replied he is in great send up trailer of himself for seinfeilds "Comedian"
