And it's not like Junkie XL (awesome name, by the way) is a bad composer. He has made some awesome music, including his scores for Mad Max: Fury Road. Deadpool, and even Godzilla Vs. Kong. But my god, his scores for Sonic 1 and 2 was so generic. There were some highlights here and there (Robotnik's theme especially), but they were few and far between. Sonic is a franchise known for its amazing music, and having the movie's music being just OK is kind of a disappointment to the franchise. It didn't even improve that much for the second movie either. Please don't harass Junkie XL though. He is a good person.
