This looks like it's from a Star Trek show, but I don't think it's a show that I've seen, so maybe it's from a fan-made Star Trek show or a spoof episode from a different show?

I've seen that clip before, it's one of the Star Trek: Short Treks, it's really good but I don't know the actors.

That last still is definitely from one of the "Star Trek: Short Treks", but that isn't the ST show she was trying to pull from. It was supposed to be "Star Trek: Discovery" as the other shows are "The Vampire Diaries", "24", "Defiance", and "The L Word" making the answer...
