I love Richard Stanley so much from Hardware, Dust Devil and his appearance in Lost Soul (the failed Dr. Moreau doc). The trailer looks more Hollywood than I was hoping given how eccentric Stanley can be, but hopefully it's just the way they framed it in the trailer. I'll be happy to see it regardless. It's nice to see him get a red carpet after decades of creating under the radar.
Im looking forward to seeing The Color Out Of Space. I can vouch for the original version "Die Monster Die" from AIP films.
Yes! I just watched Die Monster Die recently. Maybe not too serious an attempt at Lovecraft, but odd, campy and fun.
