It's a war movie about WWII, I think in North Africa. I remember clearly only one scene. A general in a just supervised a position or something, and a jeep comes to pick him up. The driver is young and shaved. The officer asks
"how old are you?"
"22, sir"
sigh, "...you're just a boy"
