Posh old ladies from good society are having tea in a posh living room. One of their peers rush in with scandalous news: their last member, the otherwise distinguished Mrs Something, was born poor! She has evidence! Everybody is socked, and they look at the accused, who take a deep breath and confirms. But she is defiant: she was indeed born in a farm, but one way or the other she is now the governor's wife, and she reminds the others how each of their husbands' industries rely in the good favors of hers. Then she says they are all going to forget the incident and pretend nothing happened, as she resumes casual conversation: "I just heard of a new miracle diet..."
