Dr Strange

Question for you all please no sarcastic or stupid answers. Is Dr Strange the same Dr Strane as in Hugo Strange from the Batman universe.

To answer your question without sarcasm or stupidity, no, they are two completely different characters. Of course, I ended up looking up Hugo Strange on Wikipedia to make sure, so please understand that I'm not trying to be sarcastic or anything when I suggest that you don't need to make a thread like this for a question that can be answered with a quick Google search.

I understand. My reason is solely that someone who know this off hand and could shed light from knowledge they may have answers about both characters and was really interested in how a character from the Batman universe start having powers that make xmen look like armatures if that make sense

An easy distinction is that Dr. Strange is a Marvel character while Hugo Strange is a DC character.
