I completely agre with you man, although i did enjoy spder-man and both x-man very much, i like the idea of some of these comic book moves being bloody and violent. I mean, look at Blade, nuf said.

I believe they should let the comic book genre of movies rest in peace,
they're getting progressivly worse. Daredevil made me shake my head
but The Hulk made me die a little inside. No new "graphic novel"
movies for me, just the sequels to the ones I enjoyed.

This new trailer is definitely an improvement. This plus the positive review it got over at Ain't It Cool News has gotten me a lot more interested in this movie.

nope thats what makes him unique (spelling?) sort of like batman but he actualy kills people and more violent. He even took on the hulk,spider-man,wolverine, and dare devil.

i'm fairly new when it comes to the punisher [not having ever read the comics] but the trailers I saw looked okay. I cant say whether or not it will do justice to the comics, but i have noticed that the only [recent] good comic - based movies have been x-men and spiderman [the hulk was dull and the fact of ben affleck playing dd just turned me away completely]
but that isn't the reason i came here. I have seen both trailers, the one with "Bodies" by Drowning Pool [the long trailer] and the teaser trailer [just has the actor talking about it's punishment, clips of a table full of guns and some music in the backround]
my question is does anyone here know what song that is in the teaser trailer? it sounds familiar, but i cant pin point it.

Just watched the trailer. It looks a lot like Desperado at first...

It reminds me of what I though of the Elf trailers. The trailer doesn't make the movie look good, but it leaves for the possibility of my being surprised. (If that makes any sense...)

EDIT: Just read the Ain't it Cool News Review. Now I'm interested.
