Its a low budget movie with probably mostly unknown cast.
But the plot is something like this...a guy and his friends go to Philippines or Vietnam or some small asian country like that.
One night they go to a village bar or hotel or restaurant where they get into fight with the locals and our protagonist accidentally kills someone.
From then on he is on the run in that country. Hiding from local police and stuff.
He tries to hide by a river bank.
I dont remember how it ends.
