Japan Animation what do you recommend

I know this isn't exactly the standard of Studio Ghibli but I'm going to stick my neck out and recommend Pokémon.

It may be cheesy, there may be nearly 13 movies and there may be 495 known Pokémon with plenty more to come to get your head around, but it's still freakin' awesome!

I haven't seen it for years, and it's a seris but New Dominion Tank police is awesome. I also quite liked Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and 2nd Gig. Also I agree with Studio Ghibli. I'm sad and Also really like DBZ. I can't think of anything else of the top of my head. I need some pointers for myself on Anime as I've not watched any for a long while. Unless Halo Legends count as it is anime.

You Should try Battle Angel Alita. And another anime I really enjoyed is Gungrave. Lots of stuff I forgotten though. Man I need to look into more and also refresh my memory.
