Movies I would want to take with me, if I were in Hell?...
Aha...This is a pretty easy answer for me, so I'll say it outright.
West Side Story--Numero Uno for me--hands down!!
Wizard of Oz
Sound of Music
French Connection
The other three above-mentioned films...in no particular order after that.

For me this is a toss up between Gigli (2003), Glitter (2001), Burglar (1987) and most movies with Ice Cube.

Try Batman, the one made in 1966 with Adam West, infact any with Adam West, he would bore me to death in this world, the next world or come to it any world

I can't really think of one, definative worst film that they'd play forever, but Braveheart, Saving Private Ryan or one of Satan's hideous cheap films are sure to be fighting it out for the top spot. I think I'd rather watch a Ben Stiller 'comedy' than any of those.

Requiem for a dream
This is the movie you couldn't sit through for eternity? But you could stomach say - Who's Your Caddy? in a perpetual cycle of single entendres, one-dimensional stereotypes, tired cliches, and bad one-liners ad nauseum?

I haven't seen Requiem for a Dream, but I've heard a lot about it, and I can totally understand someone not wanting to watch such a depressing, and emotional film until, you know, hell freezes over.

Over 120,000 people voted it an average of 8.5 at imdb, for better or for worse.
All I'm saying is, your index would need to be pretty thin if Requiem for a Dream is the worst you can come up with. I mean, that's essentially saying: "sure, I'm ok with you playing Chairman of the Board or Cool as Ice forever and ever. Just don't play that 8.5 movie Requiem for a Dream ever again."
Virtually any movie off the IMDb Bottom 100 would be bad to watch.
Besides, if we're talking about graphically confronting films there are definitely way worse films out there than Requiem for a Dream.

No, what I'm saying is even if it's a great film, some people don't want to watch something seriously sad, or whatever, for forever.
You would have to ask undercoverlover why they voted for it. I'm simply saying why I, and others, "may" not want to watch it. Although I already named mine, way back in the thread. I would avoid sh!tty remakes, and gore.
Also, I could care less what those at IMDB think. They're just everyday people, like the rest of us. They also can't get half of their movie quotes right.

I don't put much stock into individual votes, or even single reviews at imdb, but when you're talking about 100k + voters, usually that's a good indication that the average of discerning filmgoers with good taste have spoken. At least, there's been something of a pattern of decent movie ratings found there when numbers are ten thousand or more sound off.
Practically any movie shown over and over again without end, blasting in my face when I can't get away would be hell for me.
Those that have REALLY LOUD gun fights and explosions then dialog in mumbles and whispers is pure hell for me.
Action sequences filmed in the dark so you can't see much of it are hell for me.
Films with no discernible storyline or character you would like and pull for are hell for me.
Movies that are taken from books. Let's say I really enjoyed the book. Let's say I could see while I read them, a great film unfold in my mind. Once the movie is made and it sucks majorly and has NOTHING good about it. Those are hell for me.
So, I'm thinking The Keep.

Yeah, I've always wanted to check it out, but with all the movies I still want to own, getting Requiem for a Dream may take a while.
Then again, it may be on On Demand at times. I'll look for it.

I think you're better off not watching it. No, it's not a hell-worthy movie, but it's about three numbers lower than an 8.5.

I need to know the name of the movie in your DP. I saw this playing at a club once and although I couldn't hear it, it looked like a very strange and funny movie.

Batman: The Movie is my favorite comedy.
