I don't know about any movies but i know of one TV show. That is Tru Calling, they mention the time in every single episode, and it's nearly always a different time.

Lady Kung Fu (1972) is the only Jackie Chan movie that i have seen that is close to what you have discribed. But i might be wrong.

When i'm in Sydney, i only go to La Premiere so they have all you can eat buttered popcorn...
