It's the sequel to Clive Barker's 1987 masterpiece, Hellraiser, which was another disgusting and disturbing movie, but Hellbound takes it further and crafts an interesting new story featuring several people from the first film -- most of them villains.

Hellbound sees protagonist Kirsty (Ashley Laurence) being treated in a mental institution after the events of the first film - unfortunately, it turns out that the head psychiatrist (Kenneth Cranham) harbours his own obsession with the world of the Cenobites, which only escalates with the introducti....

Shes tough, but also very empathetic, something the film showcases in a relationship that Kirsty develops with fellow patient Tiffany (Imogen Boorman), a puzzle-solving prodigy who Channard takes advantage of to open the notorious puzzle box.
