The film could have been done much better, and I'd say that it is my least favorite Christopher Nolan film even including The Dark Knight Rises.

The performances were great, the visuals were amazing, and the dialogue which can sometimes be an issue with Nolan's films was solid.

In fact, I wouldn't rank Basterds in my top 5 Tarantino flicks and it is a level below his next released film, Django Unchained.
