We get a lot more of the human characters in this, from Pongo and Perdy's 'pets,' to another set of excellent baddies, Horace and Jasper as an excellent mix of funny and dangerously sinister, to another top notch Disney villainess in Cruella De Vil, a badun so bad she gets her own song!
