Reservoir Dogs

Reservoir Dogs (7+ viewings)

Plot : Five professional theives who only know each other by their assigned color team up - to rob a diamond store.

Story : One of the most amazingly acted movies - with such a strong cast (Harvey Keitel - Mr. White , Tim Roth - Mr. Orange , Micheal Madson - Mr. Blonde , Steve Buscemi - Mr. Pink , Chris Penn - as Nice Guy Eddie , and Lawrence Tierney as the boss Joe Cabbot). The movie is not told in a linear way - with important events being told close to the end of the movie : making for one of the best stories in film. Not to mention the dialouge is constantly amazing : with such great insight into each character - while keeping you thinking. The film starts with Mr. Orange shot in the stomach sitting in the back of a car driven by Mr. White who is trying to keep Mr. Orange calm while he takes him to the hideout. Mr. Pink quickly gets to the hideout and reveals that there was a rat in the crew , though he and Mr. White can't figure out who : tensions rise between White and Pink when Mr. Blode gets to hideout.

Visuals : Great cinemetography and extensive use of such a realistic setting plus tracking shots and amazing sound mixing . The hard grimey visuals make the movie all the more realistic and better - and the cool looking black suits give the film it's style (also the 360 view intro).

Sypnosis : Quentin Taratino's best film by far , a huge ultra-star cast : handle the movie's amazing story perfectly.
