Its narrative is coherent, it makes sense, it isnt just a mad rush from action sequence to action sequence nor does it really drag at any point and honestly, I like the simple story a lot.

Retired cop Jack (Tim Thomerson) is called back into service when Whistler is able to travel back in time to the 1980s to eliminate the ancestors of the current political leadership.

Some time after he quits, he found that the police force has located his arch nemesis, Whistler, who developed a drug to turn people into zombie-like attackers who follow whistler's every whim.
