Two petty thieves, Asprin and Strepsil, inadvertently become involved in a murder case when they steal items belonging to the victim. The man had hidden an important microfilm in his passport, which the thieves pass on to a forger friend, Panadol. Inspector Ng is assigned to the case, along with Inspector Morris from Scotland Yard. The investigation leads the cops to the bumbling crooks and soon they are on Triad leader Tin's tail. Tin will stop...

My guy (or gal): Despite being a henchman of Tin and having obviously fake facial hair, Fat Chung's Mad Dog is a guy who will use any means necessary way to kill an opponent, even it means he might be blown up himself.

Yeoh and Rothrock are a tremendous amount of fun every time theyre on screen, whether thats Yeohs inspector making a memorable arrest in a bookstore or Rothrocks enthusiastic investigator literally leaping at any chance to kick the bad guys in the face to some mix of amusement and concern from her H....
