(Why???) The film, which may well contain Ennio Morricone's most bizarre score (and that's saying a lot), follows the "adventures" of a man who murders his mistress in the first scene, very bloodily, and then he proceeds to leave numerous clues (fingerprints, personal belongings, etc.) all over the ....
Citizen Rules
In the film the Chief of Homicide Police sacrifices himself by commenting a murder in order to teach his subordinates the meaning of democracy, in which no one is above suspicion, not even the Chief of Homicide Police.
