The Middle Eastern oil industry is the backdrop of this tense drama, which weaves together numerous story lines. But there's a lot of that illusion across the board in this multi-layered political thriller about CIA botched jobs, oil rights, government investigations, power struggles, corruption, and the little ones that end up crushed by the fallout.
