Film Trivia Snippets - Benedict Cumberbatch has admitted that while filming one of the film's final scenes he could not stop crying and just broke down.

The film sets up a theme of deception (or, to be more accurate, imitation), and it plays out pretty well through the film.

Ultimately, his story is one that ended tragically, but the film chooses not to focus on that, but instead to celebrate his legacy.The Imitation Game is one of the best biopics I've seen in years.
