I thought In Good Company was solid. Totally worth the five bucks to rent it. Probably not the $20 to buy it..

Dennis Quaid plays a 50ish advertising executive for a sports magazine, father of two with one on the way, who gets downsized during a corporate buyout of the magazine and loses his position to a 26-year old hotshot (Topher Grace) who doesn't know anything about sports or sports magazines, but knows....
