Director Lawrence Kasdan and his wife, Meg have crafted an intelligent, if slightly talky screenplay that offers some surprising moments of discomfort, especially in the way Mack keeps trying to insert himself into Simon's life but we understand Mack's gratitude as well as we understand Simon's disc....
