After watching Red Sparrow I would like to ask for recommendations for movies where a woman is a spy/special agent.

I've seen Atomic Blonde, Salt etc. but I'd like to see maybe less popular but still good movies.

La Femme Nikita (assassin, not spy, but I think it will give you a good dose of that same awesome vibe)

Might be more popular, but I failed to recognize initially that you were looking for less popular ones. Haven't seen it, but if you're looking for something antiquated, give it a try.
