Based on a true story, Joe Cole plays Billy Moore, a British boxer whose downward spiral with drugs and violence in Thailand lands him in the notorious Klong Prem prison. There, he takes up Muay Thai kickboxing in order to survive.
The film was shot in a real prison with many of the prison's incarcerated serving as extras.
A24 Films is releasing the film on May 19, 2018.
