Anyone seen Spectral?

I've heard mixed reviews about it. My boyfriend likes to collect movie props and costumes. I saw an ad for an auction on Propstore.com for Spectral items. There are a lot of cool items for sale. Like full DARPA costumes and crazy looking plasma guns. Just not sure if he'll like it and if he doesn't if I would be able to resell it. What do you think?

Good B Sci-fi, IMO. Great effects if I remember correctly. I doubt resale of props would be motive for investment, but the props were very good looking. I think for something like that, I would buy if 1) I had some personal connection to the film, or 2) for some geeky inner circle level bragging rights type of thing knowing of and having props from a lesser known movie. Like how teens in highschool always want to one-up their friends by having a t-shirt from some ultra obscure band that no one else has heard of. I still try to do that btw

I do not collect though, nor do I have any clue as to the collectibles' market value. I'm just speaking from my own perspective on how I approach things.
