Which movie? (1970s 1980s comedy)

(I repost the question because it was not correctly answered.)
I remember a movie, probably from US or UK, a funny comedy in the style of Pink Panther, possibly from 1970s or 1980s.
Someone is carefully planning some robbery(?), involving a train(?).
They plan carefully, with a meeting in which some graphic previews shows how it will easily be done.
One guy like an athlete jumps on a train, jumps between wagons, jumps on the roof, etc..
But when they do it, they can not.
It's a comedy, not a serious crime movie.
Which movie could it be?

Also, possibly The Brain (1969).

It is not Tough Guys (1986), and it could not possibly be The Brain (1969) because this is a French movie with Jean-Paul Belmondo and Bourvil, and that is not at all how I remember it.
Since I'm at a loss to find it, I checked anyway and to my extreme surprise it was The Brain (1969) !!
The scene I remember is about 43m into the movie, where they watch an animated movie showing how they will rob the train.
