A teenage girl and her grandmother

All I can remember of that film was one scene where the main character, a teenage girl, had a conversation with her grandmother who was kind of eccentric, light-hearted she was smoking drinking ect, but and she was telling the granddaughter about her youth and how wild she was then and she showed her some old photo of her taken by her boyfriend. I think she took the photo out of some old box.
If I remember right, the girl was pregnant but I'm not sure about that. Also I think her mother was kinda strict and the grandmother had a weird taste for clothes.

Nope, although the situation is strikingly similar, that's not the movie I was looking for. The film I'm talking about was from the early 2000's or so.
