23 Jump Street/Men In Black Crossover

This sounded like a good idea at first but with there now being talks of Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith not being in it, it's suddenly beginning to sound terrible. What's the point in a crossover if you're not going to have the leads of both franchises meet?
