Bank Robbery Movie

Hey guys I'm looking for a movie that I've only seen a few scenes of. I know it's a bank robbey. The team of robbers have hostages that they keep separated in small groups around the building.

As the movie unfolds it looks like the robbers periodicly move hostages around and even pretend to be hostages themselves as well. Could be to avoid identification or something like that. The main robber i think hides cleverly somewhere when the police storm in. He then makes his escape when no ones looking.

Any ideas?
