Movie about someone getting eaten?

So I have never actually seen this movie, but I saw it on imdb once and wanted to watch it but I have forgotten the title. It's about someone (not sure if male or female) who gets sexually excited by eating people. And I am pretty sure he/she gets eaten at the end. I know it is not much and I doubt anyone will know it, but I thought I might as well ask.

Species is the other way round though, she gets excited and then eats them.

It could possibly be either Grimm Love or Cannibal, both from 2006, and both based on the same true story.
