Bill and Ted 3

Don't know if anybody on here has heard already, but a script has just been finished for Bill and Ted 3. Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are on board to return as characters Bill and Ted and Dean Parisot is going to direct. The script has been written by Ed Solomon and Chris Matheson, who created Bill and Ted.

According to Keanu Reeves the plot is:

"One of the plot points is that these two people have been crushed by the responsibility of having to write the greatest song ever written and to change the world. And they haven't done it.

"So everybody is kind of like: 'Where is the song?' The guys have just drifted off into esoterica and lost their rock.


"And we go on this expedition, go into the future to find out if we wrote the song, and one future 'us' refuses to tell us, and another future 'us' blames us for their lives because we didn't write the song, so they're living this terrible life. In one version we're in jail; in another we're at some kind of highway motel and they hate us."


I personally cant wait to see this, I loved the first two movies as a kid.

The original is one of my very favorites. I will probably see this, though it won't be the same without George Carlin. Also, the second one was about the future and so is this one. I wish they would've made one with some more past time travel & historical figures.

who wants to waste time on a rotten R rated movie anyway?

Sean Penn has no choice but to resurrect Spicoli, Gedde Watanabe will be hanging upside down from a bunk with no hair, The Expendables took care of themselves already; Tom Hanks will have to go into drag again, and Adam Sandler and Bill Paxton will have to be funny.

Keanu Reeves has done anything in a while (people have realized he can't act). But the Bill and Ted movies are the few movies (also the first two Matrix films and Speed) that he actually gives a good performance in. Who knows how this turns out.
