Walking Tall Opening Scene?

I remember a scene from a movie where a man is standing very still in a lake about waist high. He has a grasshopper or a cricket in the water swimming around just in front of him. Above his head he holds a bat or club and as soon as fish strikes the insect his slams down the bat killing the fish for his dinner. Is this from one of the original Walking Tall movies? Does anyone else know what I am talking about or where I can find this scene on the internet?
