Movies with money briefcase scene

I need your help here.

I'm looking for movies including a "money briefcase" scene:

Two guys/gangs executing a deal in which a money briefcase is passed from side to side. The recieving side then opens the suitcase to verify its content.

Wow,nothing comes to my mind,do you know was it a gangster movie,was it from cop's side or mob's side,some things like that would help.

Run Lola Run (Lola Rennt) involves a briefcase full of money, I don't remember if exactly what you described happens though. Probably worth checking.
