Another one of my favorite silly movies that I forgot to include in my list above is Batman: The Movie (1966) starring Adam West, Burt Ward, and four of my favorite Batman villains.

Every single Monty Python movie I've seen is brilliant. Does a great job of looking stupid on the outside, but if you're smart enough you'll know that one the inside the satire level is way too high.
