A surprisingly back to form Halloween movie, with some interesting plot twists.

Rear Window (d. Alfred Hitchcock, 1954)

A masterpiece. Technically astounding, wonderfully performed and refreshingly innovative each and every one of its frames.

I See You When You're Sleeping
Paycheck (2003) - 5/10

Not bad but not all that good either. I liked the ideas that came across but they were just encased in a rather dull action flic with the chin.

I am having a nervous breakdance
Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993), directed by Woody Allen.

I've been wanting to rewatch this film for some time now and it was on tv last night. It's a good Allen movie, occasionally brilliant, but here and there I tends to cross the border and go from subtle comedy to farce. And that's when it gets a bit too hysterical for my personal taste. But overall I enjoyed it a lot.

They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses, the slaughterhouses, the car washes - they'd be back in captivity the next day but
now they were out - they were wild with freedom. They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.

The Lion King (1994)
My rating: --
One of my favourite disney movies. Love the music , characters, voice acting, everything.

U-Turn - 3.5/5 - Enjoyable, but only really for Penn and Billy Bob Thornton.

Road Kill - 9/10 - I really liked this, had its funny parts, especially for a horror film.
The Martins - 6/10 - alright but not as god as the last two.
The Football Factory - 9/10 - Another exceptionally good film.

Crimes and Misdemeanors, which was good, although I don't really like Woody Allen.
