Charlie Chan: Oland vs Toler?

I thought since this is movie forum, it would be filled with movie freaks!

Apart from that Toler for me was a robot. Oland was like a sweet father figure like character! I watched one Toler movie and then switched back to finishing Oland movies first.

The first time I saw a Charlie Chan film it was o the late show and Sidney Toler was the Chan.

Ever since then I have a preference for Toler but I like both of them equally well.

I guess its all like who you saw first. Even though i saw Toler first. Then Oland, Oland was just amazing.
