Moonlight was crap. Pure crap.
I found Get Out overrated, but it was a far more intelligent film than Moonlight and better by a lot.

Why are we comparing two totally different movies? Moonlight is about a drug-dealing homosexual black dude, which screams "Oscar bait!" and Get Out is a thriller about an odd family. The only similarity is a black protagonist.
