Rhino sketch comes alive from the wall...

I thought I had remembered and found all the old movies I had forgotten, but today I remember two... going to ask separately for them.

Not 100% sure, but I think it's a European movie, possibly French! A kid movie! Some '90s or maybe late '80s. Not sure.
It's something about some group of kids, let's say a gang of kids!
The kid in the main role (presumably) drew with some special pencil, or it was even a charcoal or piece of coal. But I think it was some pencil.
So the kid drew the rhino in full size on some wall. That rhino later at some point comes alive, and kids try something like to hide him. At some point, they ride him on the streets!

Does anyone have any idea?

There might be more renditions of it, but it’s a Danish movie from 1983 called Otto er et næsehorn or in English Otto is a Rhino.

It’s based on a children’s story by the famous Danish author Ole Lund Kirkegaard.

Fun fact: the cinematographer on this movie is two-time Oscar nominee Dan Laustsen.

Hm.. sounds similar, but I remember it to be way modern!

It has a remake from 2013. It is strange if it isn't "your" movie.
