Movie scene or TV series scene about interrogation

Have no idea of the premise of movie/show but the scene is....
Interrogation in a container as far as I'm aware but the thing that sticks in my head is that it must be on foreign soil and the interrogator puts a flag of his country/questioning country and says something along the lines of this being in the nation's soil or jurisdiction.

Not much to go off but would appreciate any ideas 🏻

In a container sounds a bit like The November Man but I'm sure there are many such scenes.

Wasn't that movie, don't think I've seen that one. Thanks though....one off the list ha!

I know I have seen this one. It's a recent film, like from like the last 10 or 15 years. Let me think about it some more . . .

Think it may be more recent Kev but not too sure.

I've not seen that one yet JC so doubt it, and I don't think it'll be the first one as this may have been made prior to Sicario series
