What's your unpopular movie opinion?

You can't win an argument just by being right!
- The Master was/ is a practical joke by P.T. Anderson

- Timothy Dalton is the best James Bond

- 28 Days Later wasn't that great, 28 Weeks Later was better

- Ferris Bueller's Day Off, while an awesome movie, is missing a soul
Lol. I thought the master was excellently done but I didn't get it in the end.

You are such an easy going person.
Big words coming from the dude who mentions his hatred of John Wick 2 so many times that it might as well be in your signature.

Alright, enough of this. Another unpopular opinion - I think the Ghostbusters reboot is at least on par with the original.

Keep your station clean - OR I WILL KILL YOU
Oh, I would love to get rid of some of my demons.
Casablanca was boring.
Metropolis was visually stunning but also a torturous snooze-fest.
I love Jennifer Lawrence.
IT (2017) is one of the best horror movies imo.
Room was better than Spotlight.
Nightmare on Elm Street Part 4 is one of the better sequels.
Halloween 4 is better than 2 and H20
2016 was a great year for movies.
The Kid is Chaplin's best film.

In fairness, it's not so much a high opinion of the reboot as it is a low opinion of the original.

Also, I think you need to lay off the RLM.

A few more controversial opinions:

Black Christmas is a much better and scarier movie than Halloween, and Halloween is overrated, while Black Christmas is vastly underrated.

Insomnia is a top 3 Nolan movie, and better than Memento.

The twist in Fight Club wasn't that shocking. Honestly, it was pretty predictable.

You definitely got it in the end. Dont worry, so did everyone.

I agree with all of this

That elusive hide-and-seek cow is at it again
Whenever I tell a coworker how much I LOVE Devil Wears Prada, I get very unpopular looks.

That was a bit of a reaction to Iro's post. I could understand if the original Ghostbusters was a good movie, but...
This whole thread is about over-reacting.

Nope, the remake is on another level of terrible. Regardless of what you believe about the original. Fact.

If anyone's going to lecture anyone on facts, it's going to be the user who's still got a Pepe avatar in 2017.
Your point being?

Welcome to the human race...
Considering the unfortunate connotations that have been attached to Pepe the Frog in recent years, using him as an avatar these days is questionable.
